Athletic Booster Club This parent support organization is dedicated to seeing that funding is adequate for all athletic teams at Central Hinds Academy. The athletic booster club works closely with the school administration to insure the best use of athletic funds. The athletic booster club operates the concession stands at all athletic events and performs other planned fund raising projects throughout the year. Board of Directors Parents that have children attending CHA are elected to serve on this board. The Board of Directors establishes policies and direction for the school and sees that these policies are carried out. The Board of Directors is the group that is ultimately responsible for the operation of the school. Parent Teacher Committee This parent group raises funds to support school programs and instruction. The PTC also sponsors regularly scheduled patrons meetings, which seek to keep parents, patrons, and students, informed on school events and policies. School wide meetings are held on a quarterly basis to allow for improved communication within the CHA family.
