Tuition Rates New families will add a one-time fee of $400 (per family)to the cost below. If you leave CHA and return later, you will be considered a new family again. There is also a testing fee of $50 per new student for grades 1-12 to assure proper placement. The yearly registration fee is $175 per student for all grades. Registration fees,testing fees, and 1st month tuition are due when the application is submitted. A 6% discount is given to the tuition portion only for grades 1-12 if it is paid in full by June 1.
